| Staff is the foundation of enterprise development,is the enterprise to achieve development goals,improve the operating capacity,in the fierce market competition to occupy a dominant position of the key elements.However,many enterprises generally exist low employee loyalty,high turnover rate,resulting in lax organization,staff enthusiasm is not high,low work efficiency,bring a negative impact on business.All this got me thinking about loyalty.As the chain reaction brought by the decline of employee loyalty has posed a serious threat to the development of enterprises,how to retain excellent employees,enhance employee loyalty and improve work efficiency has become an important issue faced by enterprises.This is especially true for the banking industry.With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,only by ensuring the stability of the staff team and fully mobilizing the potential of the staff can the service quality and efficiency of the whole team be improved,thus enhancing the competitiveness of the industry.Based on the above background,this paper takes T Bank as the research object,takes demand theory,equity theory and expectation theory as the theoretical basis,and adopts literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the influencing factors of T Bank’s employee loyalty.First of all,according to previous studies and relevant literature,this paper divides the influencing factors of employee loyalty into three aspects,namely,the individual level,the enterprise level and the industry level,respectively demonstrating the mutual influence of different factors and the degree of mutual influence.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the targeted questions under each factor category are clarified and the main contents of the questionnaire are determined.By means of online questionnaire survey,data were collected from employees of various departments of T Bank,and SPSS26.0and Smart PLS3.0 analysis software were used for data analysis.Finally,according to the data research results,the main factors affecting the loyalty of T bank employees at all levels are found.The results show that there are some problems in T Bank,such as lack of confidence in itself and the bank’s development prospects,low sense of organizational identity,low level of compensation and welfare,unreasonable incentive mechanism and imperfect promotion mechanism.Finally,based on the above status quo and influencing factors,this paper respectively puts forward suggestions to help employees establish workplace self-cognition,help employees develop scientific and reasonable career planning,strengthen corporate culture construction,improve organizational recognition,improve the compensation and welfare system,improve incentive mechanism,and strengthen the continuity of enterprise management from both individual and enterprise aspects.Some suggestions on material factors and non-material factors are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.In order to provide feasible suggestions for T Bank to improve its employee loyalty,and provide reference for similar enterprises in the same industry. |
