| With the gradual development of social economy and the increasingly fierce competition inside and outside modern enterprises,the issue of employee loyalty has gradually become the focus of many scholars,relevant research can be traced back to the study of employee turnover and brain drain.To this end,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of valuable research and research.The writing of this thesis is based on a large number of theories and other related research results put forward and produced by many scholars in the course of research in recent years,through the research on the problems of promotion design,incentive measures and employee turnover in N Enterprise,the author try to probe into the influencing factors and promotion strategies of employee loyalty in N Enterprise,in order to improve the human resource management system of N Enterprise,promote its efficient operation and sustainable development.Therefore,this thesis takes N Enterprise as the research object,through the interview,the questionnaire survey and so on the emphasis carries on the research to the enterprise staff loyalty present situation,the influence factor,the promotion strategy and so on,it is found that there are some major problems in employee loyalty in N Enterprise,such as employees’ low labor gain,employees’ lack of career guidance,employees’ poor work experience,and employees’ low sense of ownership,the main influencing factors are the lack of market competitiveness of employee income,the lack of transparency and perfection of employee promotion mechanism,the low degree of job comfort of employees,the failure to form stickiness of enterprise culture,and the failure to combine training and development with the actual situation of employees,at the same time,the author puts forward some practical suggestions and countermeasures in the following five aspects: enhancing salary and welfare strategy,optimizing promotion space strategy,enhancing job satisfaction strategy,enriching corporate culture strategy and developing training strategy. |
