With the rapid development of economy and the constant change of external demand,enterprises are faced with a constantly changing environment.Guangming Dairy is a well-known dairy company in China.In recent years,its business scope has been expanding and its scale of development has been increasing.Its business has been growing in recent years.With the expansion of its scale,decision-makers gradually feel the importance of management and evaluation team.The Balanced Score Card integrates strategy and Systematization,fully realizes the organic unification of Enterprise,department and Staff,improves the enterprise's strategic execution ability,thus effectively completes the Enterprise's strategic goal,as an effective tool of enterprise management,it is applied to practice more and more.This research takes Guangming Dairy industry as the concrete research object,this paper finds out the problems in the implementation of Guangming Dairy Performance Management System and makes an in-depth analysis,the necessity and feasibility of using Balanced Score Card as an employee performance management tool are established.On the basis of fully considering the development strategy of the company and the characteristics of the dairy industry itself,a performance management method combining Balanced Score Card(BSC)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used,this paper improves the performance management system of bright milk from the selection of four dimension indexes and the setting of index weight,analyzes the problems that may appear in the process of improvement,and then puts forward the corresponding implementation and safeguard measures,finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized.In the process of introducing Balanced Score Card to Guangming Dairy,on the one hand,the advantages of Balanced Score Card can be brought into full play,and the balance of financial and non-financial indicators,short-term and long-term interests can be achieved,it makes the performance management system of Guangming Dairy more scientific and reasonable,on the other hand,combining the advantage of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to decompose the quantitative index,establishes the performance management index system of Guangming Dairy with Balanced Score Card as the core.The optimized performance management system of Guangming Dairy can not only improve the employee's enthusiasm,but also benefit the company's long-term development.At the same time,the research results have certain reference value to the performance management system of the same kind of enterprises.
