Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the economic level,companies looking at domestic and international companies have entered an increasingly competitive stage.The vigorous development of productivity depends on the development of scientific and technological information.The important position in China has become more and more prominent,and it can even be said to play a decisive role.Therefore,we should pay attention to the theory and practice of human resource management,and the core content and important components of human resource management are mainly reflected in performance management..This paper first introduces the current performance management theory and performance management methods at home and abroad,and then analyzes the status quo of performance management of YSK City Administration of Industry and Commerce,finds out the problems and causes in its performance management system,and proposes effective solutions.The performance management system of the YSK City Administration for Industry and Commerce was optimized.The specific optimization measures are based on the optimization of performance indicators,using the key performance indicator method,360-degree feedback method,etc.to develop a reasonable performance plan,and at the same time need to establish a good performance communication mechanism,from individual performance assessment and organizational performance assessment Ways to optimize performance appraisal methods,give full play to the incentive role of performance management,thus improve the performance management system and effectively play the role of performance management.The feasibility analysis of the new performance management system was analyzed.Through the effect analysis in the optimization process,the problems encountered in the implementation were solved in time,and the positive and effective safeguard measures required for performance management were also proposed.Based on the current situation of human resources of YSK City Administration of Industry and Commerce,this paper proposes reasonable optimization measures,and takes the performance management system of YSK City Administration of Industry and Commerce as the starting point to carry out optimization research on performance management system so as to maximize the advantages of performance management.Improve the subjective initiative of employees and the overall efficiency of the unit.
