With the development of economic globalization,China's economic transformation and upgrading,the importance and effectiveness of enterprise human resource management is also becoming important.However,the rapidly changing market competition environment of the enterprise's human resources management model poses a big challenge.Enterprises need to redefine and think about the direction of transformation and development,innovation and reform.Enterprises are facing the development of reform and innovation.Human resources have become the focus of competition between enterprises.Enterprises are suffering the unreasonable human resource structure,the lack of human resource construction and incentive mechanism,and the lack of motivation for enterprise innovation.In order to ensure the stable development of enterprises,scientific and targeted approach to enterprise performance management,has become an urgent problem in front of each enterprise.Enterprises must be aware of the existing market competition environment,give full attention to the importance of human resources.This paper focuses on the correlation between human resource structure and enterprise performance,and studies the relationship between human resource structure and performance on the basis of data analysis,so as to explore the improvement of academic structure,vocational qualification.In short,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the improvement of human resources structure optimization strategy,so we can obtain the key factors to enhance business performance.Therefore,the study of human resource structure and performance has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts;the first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,the research background of this paper and literatures is introduced.The main contents and research methods of this paper are clarified.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.This paper describes the basic concepts of human resource management,human resource structure and performance management.In the third chapter,the empirical analysis of the relationship between human resource structure and performance of A insurance business is carried out.The fourth chapter,the human resources structure and performance improvement strategy,we will give some advices to improve the performance of enterprises;Fifth,conclusion and prospect.The empirical results show that:(1)the age and duration of work are inverted"U" type of performance,the age structure of the enterprise is aging,needs to optimize the age structure,need to be more inclined to young development;(2)gender influencing factors,the appropriate increase in male staff ratio Help improve performance;(3)pay system is more reasonable,will promote performance improvement,to achieve mutual advancement;(4)appropriate adjustment of positions to promote performance,for managers,technicians,business operators and operational support staff to adjust the proportion of a reasonable staff post structure;(5)The level of education significantly affects performance,the proportion of the academic structure of the enterprise is unreasonable,and within the reasonable range,with the improvement of academic qualifications will promote the realization of enterprise performance,and the enterprise graduate students and the above proportion is very low,while the tertiary and the following accounted for a large proportion,need to consider optimization Academic structure,recruiting a certain percentage of graduate students to improve the company's products,services and marketing innovation.
