Human resources are the most precious resources of modern enterprises,occupying an important strategic position in the development of enterprises.As the carrier of human resources,employees play an important role in the realization of enterprise strategic objectives and the development of operation and management.Therefore,the research on the theory and practice of motivation mechanism is an important content in the field of human resources management.Whether the motivation mechanism can be effectively brought into play so that employees can maintain their work enthusiasm and give full play to their subjective initiative is the key to achieve the development goals and enhance the overall efficiency of enterprises.C Postal Company undertakes the responsibility of national postal universal service.Its business establishments are all over urban and rural areas.It has a large number of employees and provides high-quality postal services for the masses of the people.Postal agency financial service is the focus of universal postal service,an important part of the national financial system,and contributes greatly to the stability of the national financial system.Therefore,it is a necessary task for postal enterprises to give full play to the incentive mechanism of employees in savings business,fully mobilize their work enthusiasm and provide more high-quality services.Based on the current incentive mechanism and scientific research methods,this study takes the employees of the savings business of C Post Company as the research object,finds out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism,and puts forward the improvement plan.Based on the traditional and modern incentive theory,this paper makes a thorough study of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the employees in the savings business of C Post Company.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the basic situation of C Postal Company and its employees in savings business,this paper summarizes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of C Postal Company's employees in savings business from the aspects of salary distribution,performance appraisal,business competition incentives,training promotion and development,enterprise culture,etc.In order to find out the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism,through interviews and surveys,this paper investigates the importance and inner attitudes of the employees in the savings business of C Post Company to the incentive factors,and plans out the seven dimensions that the employees in the savings business attach most importance to,totaling 25 incentive factors.Through the questionnaire survey on the importance and satisfaction of incentive factors,the importance and satisfaction of incentive factors under the current incentive mechanism are obtained,and the problems and reasons in the current incentive mechanism are analyzed.On this basis,from the salary mechanism,performance appraisal mechanism,staff training mechanism,career development mechanism,spiritual incentive mechanism and other five aspects,this paper puts forward the improvement scheme of the staff incentive mechanism of C Post Company's savings business.In the aspect of salary incentive mechanism,we should establish a salary system with strategic orientation,diversification of structure and differentiation of employees,paying attention to the combination of long-term and short-term incentives;establishing a performance appraisal mechanism with perfect indicators and fairness;establishing a training mechanism with long-term planning and meeting the needs of employees;and broadening the channels of promotion of employees on the basis of job evaluation.Fifth,pay attention to the psychological needs of employees,strengthen humanistic care,and establish a people-oriented spiritual incentive mechanism.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plan,the incentive mechanism guarantee system is constructed from five aspects: organization,rules and regulations,supervision and inspection,propaganda and training,communication and feedback.In order to investigate the effectiveness of incentive mechanism,the author through two interviews to understand the employees' opinions and satisfaction with the improved incentive mechanism.Through the effect evaluation,it is found that the improved performance incentive mechanism plays a better role,the staff incentive effect has been improved,and the staff satisfaction has been significantly improved.
