With the gradually formed of financial industry market structure,the banking industry after the restructuring and reform of our country,business development mode has been from the traditional administrative management mode is gradually transformed into corporate governance mode,the corresponding salary distribution model with the demand of human resource management activities and also the need of market competition and constantly adjusted.In recent years,the Dalian branch of bank Y has been constantly adjusting its governance model and organizational structure to improve its market competitiveness to a certain extent.With its good brand image,it has attracted good customers and maintained a relatively stable market share.However,there are still some problems in the process of performance salary distribution management activities.The incentive effect of performance salary distribution is not obvious,and there are also some problems in the distribution process,such as some opaque information,insufficient satisfaction survey and staff turnover.In addition,compared with urban commercial Banks and various emerging financial institutions,Dalian branch of bank Y has insufficient comprehensive competitiveness in performance salary at the present stage,which hinders the development of comprehensive human resource management activities of the bank.The main content of this study is combined with Y bank Dalian branch of the specific conditions of the performance salary distribution activities,through the satisfaction survey to understand Y bank Dalian branch of the defects in the performance salary distribution activities,combined with the deficiencies and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,hoping to make Y bank Dalian branch performance salary distribution level was improved.The first part of this paper introduces the significance of the research on performance salary distribution management of commercial Banks,as well as the research status of relevant theories by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,and clarifies the research contents and methods of this paper.The second part,combined with the related concepts and theories of performance salary distribution,provides sufficient theoretical support for the related research of commercial Banks' performance salary distribution management.In the third part,combining with the reality of the performance salary distribution management in Dalian branch of bank Y,the author takes the customer manager of retail business as an example to analyze the specific situation and satisfaction of the current performance salary distribution.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the shortcomings and reasons of the performance salary distribution in Dalian branch of bank Y.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the performance salary distribution of bank Y Dalian branch,including clarifying the principles and objectives of the performance salary distribution,strengthening the performance appraisal management,and understanding the demands of employees through the satisfaction survey,etc.The fifth part puts forward the guarantee measures for the performance salary distribution management of Dalian branch of bank Y.The sixth part is the research conclusion and future research prospect.
