Enterprises are in the initial stage,and their profits are basically used to expand production,purchase additional equipment and research and development of new products.As a result,their profits are not high,so they often face the situation of insufficient funds.This has led to insufficient funds for improving employees' salaries and benefits.In the early stage of competition with similar enterprises in the market,they are often at a disadvantage,but they have very strong development potential.Once a product or service succeeds in the market,an enterprise can often achieve extraordinary growth rate.In contrast,because of the uncertainty of technology and market competition,startups also face the same huge risks.At the same time,enterprises in the initial stage often do not have a mature and reliable management system,the uncertainty of output,the unknown in the process of R&D,which makes it difficult for enterprises to have a complete set of management solutions.Therefore,there is considerable flexibility in the internal management of enterprises.This leads to a very different performance evaluation from that of traditional production or sales activities.A e-commerce company is in the initial stage,and it is facing many problems and limitations.On the one hand,it is facing the changes brought by market development,on the other hand,it is also necessary to establish the whole company to achieve from scratch.From the analysis of the survey results,there are many problems in the salary incentive mechanism of Company A,which are mainly manifested in the following three points: unreasonable design of salary mechanism,unreasonable long-term incentive mechanism and outdated spiritual incentive mode.As far as the current development of company A is concerned,how to better motivate employees,especially key employees,is directly related to the success or failure of the company.In the process of research,this paper firstly analyses the relevant literature review of the salary incentive mechanism of employees,and adopts the investigation method to analyze the problems of the salary incentive mechanism of employees in Company A.According to the actual situation,this paper puts forward the strategies of the salary incentive mechanism,including: formulating an incentive salary system;determining the design principles of the salary system;optimizing the content of the salary system;In order to promote the stable and healthy development of e-commerce promotion enterprises,the system of internal partners,the emphasis on employee career paths,the practical strengthening of corporate culture construction,and the optimization of measures to ensure the implementation of.
