Competition for talent has become a key factor in modern hotel businesscompetition. So modern hotel must think how to attract, retain and use good talent.Ecological Garden Hotel Sanya Yichun should use their existing resources,thereby adjusting the hotel’s management structure, and the hotel’s managementmodel was gradually improved. This paper will analyze Sanya Ecological ParkHotel as a case in questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem under the ideaof using a variety of methods for Ecological Park Hotel Sanya incentives to startdiscussion.Firstly, this thesis related topics such as research background and their resultsare described, in particular in some domestic and foreign research review carriedout systematic exposition and review of incentive for the relevant theories,especially Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, He Cibo two-factor theory and Vroom’sExpectancy Theory grid. Secondly, the paper introduces the basic situation of theorganizational structure, personnel structure Sanya ecological park of the hotel,and its existing employee incentive issues in-depth study, pointed out that thepresence of neglect Garden Hotel Sanya ecological incentives for junior staff,relevant incentives not perfect, the hotel’s welfare system and internalmanagement training systems to be sound and so on. Simultaneous analysis of thecauses of problems, such as the incentive concept behind the lack of investment,high staff turnover, lack of people, such as the management concept togetherconstitute a major incentive-related issues. Again, this paper analyzes in a series ofproblems currently facing the relevant hotel on the basis of proposed eco-parkhotel in Sanya existing incentives for improvement and optimization from threeaspects, including its structural optimization of salaries and benefits for the hotelmechanisms to adjust and improve depth the hotel’s performance appraisal system,attention to the management and training of hotel staff work to encourage andassist staff career management. Finally, the paper proposes a shift in the concept ofemployee motivation, good evaluation of incentive programs and advocacy workto further strengthen the building of enterprise culture, do construction work and aseries of supporting mechanisms to protect initiatives. I hope this paper serves as areference for similar enterprises and reference.
