In this paper, taking DF company background, industry characteristics, such as a simple introduction, and face fierce competition in both domestic and international environment for the industry; analysis of the current staff performance appraisal and salary incentive mechanism of weakness, through the use of relevant management theory and method, proposed the improvement or the establishment of DF research staff performance appraisal and the salary incentive system which support the sustainable development of enterprises.The main business of DF research foundation and organization characteristics in numerous and scattered on the summary and analysis, age, degree, title and the existing performance appraisal research overview and salary distribution system and analyzes the structure characteristic of current DF position DF staff association, in the form of the questionnaire, most of them are statistically more comprehensive one of the investigation and analysis, problem and reason analysis of state-owned enterprises as the DF college always exist, to discover problems, the design of the new performance appraisal system and the compensation allocation scheme. According to the different types, different position sequence, such as the design of the position of different levels of performance appraisal system using the new performance appraisal system; in the salary system design using the same level of different positions, different types of re design, and strive to achieve a combination of salary management and salary incentive framework of compensation system can achieve better. Finally, we discuss the new performance appraisal system and incentive salary distribution pattern, may be encountered in the implementation of the problems, and puts forward some safeguard measures, to ensure the smooth DF Institute steady pace.The study by DF of the performance assessment system and the motivation of the research and practice of the mode, can provide a useful reference for similar research institutions, state-owned enterprises assessment and allocation of income limits, research institutes, has a certain significance for popularization of single mode of sex knowledge intensive enterprise total wage and salary workers. While the business organization set up with the officer reasonably configured with a higher reference value.
