Nowadays,Science and Technology becomes the First Productivity for economic and social development,and technology transfer is an important way to transform technology into actual productivity.Since the Reform and Opening up,a large number of S&T companies engaging in technology transfer services have taken advantage of market demand to continue to grow themselves,improve service capabilities and service levels,effectively alleviate the separation of China's S&T from the economy,the policies supporting technology transfer,the market and the service environment are continuously optimized.Along with the rapid development of the entire technology transfer industry,the market has put forward more demands and higher requirements to the companies,meanwhile the demand for technology transfer talents is more urgent than ever,the talent training work in the technology transfer industry has also arrived at an imminent moment.On the one hand,the demand for technology transfer talents of the market is increasing.On the other hand,the ability of the S&T services companies to train technology transfer talents is not generally strong.Some service enterprises do not even have specific personnel responsible for training.This has led to the development speed of training technology transfer talents lags far behind the development speed of the company,which seriously restricts the further development of the company.How to improve the comprehensive ability of company staff,how to make the speed and quality of the training and output of talents to keep up with the market's expectation has become a problem that needs to be considered in the current Science and Technology transfer industry.Based on relevant training theories,this paper focuses on the analysis of the training system of S science and technology service company,combined with the current mechanism of the company's staff training and the results achieved,to find out the problems,to explore further adjustment measures,and to give relevant and reasonable suggestions to provide reference for the optimization of the enterprise staff training system.This paper mainly includes five parts:Chapter 1 is Introduction.It briefly describes the significance and background of the research,forms the basic ideas and overall framework of the research,and finally briefly describes the analytical methods used in the research.The second chapter is The foundation of the staff training system of the S service company.Mainly by referring to the theories of contemporary training system,combined with the main points of the training system of the staff of the company,to provide a solid theoretical basis for the research of the staff training system of S service company.The third chapter is the Analysis of the status of the company's training system and problems.Through the research on the organizational structure and the staff structure of S company,and the current training system,and in-depth research on the effect of the employee training system in practice,analyze the shortcomings and deficiencies.Chapter ? is an Optimization design for the S company's staff training system.From the aspects of lecturer system,curriculum system,organization system,institutional system,process system and guarantee measures,the staff training system of S Company is further optimized and improved;Chapter 5 gives the Conclusions and Prospects.Firstly,the research results are summarized,and the direction and road for the subsequent development of the enterprise are pointed out.Secondly,the shortcomings of the research are analyzed from an objective standpoint,and the future research is prospected.This research has optimized and improved the current staff training system of S company,which can make the company's staff training work more effective,and help the company to improve the training efficiency and improve the training level.The research results can also be used for reference to companies of the same type.
