With the rapid development of economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to cope with the unpredictable market and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,the human resources as a kind of special is increasingly valued by the enterprises management.In this sense,talent has become an important part of corporate competition.Founded in 2009,ST technology has nearly 500 employees.Since its establishment,ST Technology has always focused on enterprise-level communication service market.Its business scope includes computer software development and maintenance,computer hardware technology consulting,etc.through "Cloud Communication + Big Data"."Provide voice,SMS,Internet of Things,AI phone robots,and big data applications for the majority of corporate customers." In 2016,among more than 100 new three-board listed companies in Jiangxi Province,the return on net assets of ST Technology ranked first.Since its inception,ST Technology has started training for its employees.After nearly a decade of development,ST Technology's employee training system has also begun to take shape,but there are still some problems that require further research and reflection.This paper cuts through the perspective of organizational capacity building and optimizes the staff training system of ST Technology.By analyzing the current situation of ST Technology's employee training system and analyzing the shortcomings of its training system,the author aims to provide a corresponding staff training optimization strategy and provide a more systematic and scientific ST technology company training programs to help them train more capable and high-quality talents to adapt to a more intense market environment and enhance corporate efficiency.Based on the idea of “problem-analyze problem-solve problem”,this paper systematically analyzes the staff training of ST technology company and finds that there are so many problems such as poor quality of employee training,low enthusiasm for employee participation in training,lack of long-term employee training planning and strategic goals and so on.The reasons for these problems are the lack of overall strategic orientation in the design of the training system,the flaws in the design of the company's staff training curriculum,the low enthusiasm of the staff for training,the lack of long-term planning in the process of employee growth,and the narrowness of the training group.Finally,based on the improvement of organizational capacity building,the author explores the optimization program suitable for ST technology company staff training system that optimizing the total training operation system?raining support system?training management system to play a positive role in the enterprise staff training.At the same time,I hope this paper can be useful for referencing practical and theoretical research of employee training in other same type companies in China.
