Since the 1980 s,due to the rapid development of social productivity and the advancement of high-tech with Internet technology as the core,the distance between various regions and countries has gradually narrowed,and the world economy has become more and more integrated.Economic globalization has become the trend of the times.Due to differences in production materials and labor efficiency in different countries and regions,each region has its own comparative advantages.In order to make full use of relevant advantages and maximize profits,more companies have begun to expand their reach to all corners of the world,expand their scale and develop new market segments,and gradually develop into large multinational groups.With the continued development of large enterprises and their branches,internal management of enterprises has become more complicated and management problems have become more and more difficult.The Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)is designed to solve these management problems and grow up in the practice of large multinational companies,and is gradually accepted by large Chinese enterprise groups.This paper first introduces the status quo of K Group's financial accounting management.After analysis,it finds that its problems mainly exist in four aspects: weak management and control ability of member units,high financial management cost,low financial management efficiency and insufficient information reliability.Through the above analysis,K Group has the need to build a financial shared service center and demonstrate its feasibility.Then,from the positioning,construction goals,and service targets,the K Group has established a master plan for building the FSSC.According to the actual situation,the detailed design of the construction plan mainly involves site selection,organization design,information platform construction and financial business process reengineering.Finally,it proposes the necessary measures to ensure the successful operation of the FSSC and anticipates its operational effects..This article mainly uses the method of case study.Based on the research results of relevant literatures at home and abroad,taking K Group as an example,the study solves the problem of internal financial management of cross-regional group companies by constructing a financial shared service center.In the future,it can be extended to other large large Internet companies to realize the transformation and upgrading of management work.
