As a key area of national strategic emerging industry and "Made in China 2025",the new energy automobile industry has achieved remarkable results in recent years under the guidance of sustained policies.Under the guidance of the overall economic situation and national policies,a large number of enterprises have flocked into the new energy automobile market,dividing up this attractive cake.Traditional automobiles are rapidly transformed to new energy vehicles by virtue of their good capital chain,basic production strength and talent team.As an enterprise transforming from new energy low-speed vehicle to traditional passenger vehicle,new energy vehicle and new energy commercial vehicle,BD Holding Group wants to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competitive environment,build a talent supply chain to meet the company’s current and future development,and establish a perfect talent training system,which has become one of the key tasks of the company at present.With the transformation and rapid development of the company in recent two years,the shortage of personnel training in the company,the problems in the training of managerial cadres are increasingly obvious,so it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable training system for managerial cadres.Based on the competency model of middle-level managerial cadres in BD Holding Group,this paper optimizes the original training system of the company and constructs the training system of middle-level managerial cadres based on the competency model.Through the systematic study of competency model and related theories of training system,this paper constructs a reference for the public by using interview,questionnaire survey and competency model.At the present stage of the company’s development,the competency quality model of middle-level managerial cadres is established.In view of the deficiency between the current competency and competency requirements of middle-level managerial cadres,the original curriculum system of middle-level managerial cadres is optimized,and a dynamic curriculum system based on the competency model is established.At the same time,the training process system of middle-level managerial cadres is optimized and promoted.Make the company’s training more matched with the company’s development strategy and the career development path of the company’s middle-level management cadres,and then meet the rapid development of the company’s talent training needs.Through the optimization of the training system of middle-level managerial cadres based on competency model,it provides more targeted training for middle-level managerial cadres of BD Holding Group,lays a solid foundation for the company’s talent training work,and provides sufficient talent guarantee for the strategic transformation and long-term development of BD Company.
