In recent years,under the strategic background of enriching the country and strengthening the military,China’s aviation industry has ushered in rare development opportunities and broad market prospects,playing an important role in maintaining national security,driving economic development,promoting technological progress in the industry and improving people’s livelihood,etc.However,under the increasingly competitive market environment and in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic,the sustainable and healthy development of state-owned enterprises is also facing great challenges.The key to enterprise development lies in talents,and middle managers are not only the executors of high-level decisions but also the decision makers of grassroots management in the enterprise,and their dual identities as subordinates and leaders make them play the role of the mainstay in enterprise operation and development.In order to create a top-notch,innovative middle management team capable of adapting to the company’s reform and high-quality development,a competency model is introduced to optimize the training system of middle management personnel.This paper takes the author’s company,BK,as an important member of the aviation industry’s airborne system,a large specialized state-owned enterprise in the development and production of aircraft brakes in China,as the research object.Through the study and exploration of the current situation of the company’s middle management training based on the job competency model,the gap between the middle management’s ability and the actual development needs of the enterprise is identified,and According to the actual situation of the company,Exploratory research on training demand analysis,planning and implementation,effect evaluation and result transformation,etc.,to provide a reference for the optimizatiion of the company’s middle management training system,so that the training is hierarchical,targeted,planned and controllable,and the training can be effectively improved.The training will be hierarchical,targeted,planned and controllable to effectively enhance the ability of middle managers and promote the formation of the company’s core competitiveness.
