Research On Financial Resource Integration From The Perspective Of Sharing Services

With the development of the social economy and the scientific and technological information society,the economic development form of global enterprises has gradually transformed into a group operation.Through the integration of various resources of the Group,it can promote the formation of synergy,reduce operating costs,and further enhance the Group's competitiveness in the industry.Within the integration process of this resource,financial resources as an important core resource capability require the effective integration of its parent company,otherwise the company will lose control and cannot be organized.At present,the use of shared service model for financial resource integration has become the best choice for many large group companies.Under this trend,the integration of financial resources from the perspective of shared services has become the core content of the internal financial resource integration of the Group.The financial resource integration and sharing service model studied in this paper is the main content of the financial shared service center derived from the group operation under the current scientific and technological information age.The integration of financial resources under the shared service model carried out by an insurance company,because its industry has almost no special nature of physical assets,mainly discusses the integration of financial organization resources,financial human resources,financial information resources and financial behavior resources.The operation cost of the group company was reduced,the competitiveness of the group was enhanced,and the efficient integration of the financial resources of the entire group company and the enhancement of the overall strength were finally promoted.This paper takes an insurance company as a case study object from the perspective of shared services.Through literature reading,case analysis and comparative analysis,it analyzes the extended financial resources in the process of financial resource integration.Through the analysis of the research results of the group's financial resources integration and sharing services by experts and scholars at home and abroad,the status quo and path of financial resource integration from the perspective of shared services are clarified.Through the research on the path of financial resource integration,the paper analyzes the effectiveness of financial resources integration of an insurance company,and puts forward the defects of an insurance company under the current mode,and combines with the actual situation of current A insurance company,and proposes corresponding optimization.The possible innovation of this paper is that this paper analyzes the effective way of integrating financial resources within the group enterprise under the shared service model.It has broken the research model of financial resource integration from the perspective of mergers and acquisitions.At present,the research on financial resource integration is mostly placed on traditional financial resources.Based on the financial sharing model and based on the particularity of the insurance industry,this paper focuses on the expansion of financial resources integration.The shortcoming is that this paper only analyzes the insurance industry as a case.While the current financial sharing platform is in the process of promotion,the requirements of financial resources integration in different industries have different emphasis and difference.This study is only applicable to this industry.In this paper,the research on the integration of financial resources under the sharing mode of A insurance company plays a certain role in realizing the effective and rational allocation of financial resources in the operation management,reducing the cost and ultimately improving the synergy of the group.In fact,it is a good attempt for the establishment of the insurance industry in China or the integration of financial resources.The problems and optimization of its implementation effect can provide practical significance for similar enterprises.
