With the rapid development of China's market economy and information technology,more and more cross-regional and cross-industry large group enterprises have begun to appear,and the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Financial management is the core part of the daily operation and management of enterprises.The continuous growth of enterprise scale brings many inconveniences to the financial management of enterprises,such as high cost,low efficiency of financial management and declining quality of accounting information.In order to truly achieve the effect of enterprise scale economy and improve the target of enterprise core competitiveness,more and more enterprises gradually want to find a new financial management mode of compound demand,thus,the financial sharing center mode emerges at the historic moment.The financial sharing center model can well solve the disadvantages of the traditional decentralized financial management model in the management of large enterprise groups,so as to reduce costs,improve efficiency and quality,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.However,some large enterprises in the process of implementing financial sharing center is difficult to effectively play financial sharing center this new financial management mode of advantages,is a financial business from offline to online,the lack of overall planning,lead to financial sharing center just become a platform for reimbursement,late contribution is insufficient,can't provide more decision support for management.Therefore,how to effectively establish the financial sharing center has become an important issue facing many large enterprises in China.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second chapter introduces the financial management mode and the related theory foundation of financial sharing center.Chapter three briefly introduces the traditional financial situation of midea group and the necessity and feasibility of establishing a financial sharing center.The fourth chapter is the design of the financial sharing center mode of midea group.Firstly,it establishes the goal and principle of establishing the financial sharing center of midea group.Secondly,it designs the organizational framework of the financial sharing center.Chapter five puts forward the concrete guarantee measures for the effective operation of midea group financial sharing center.Chapter six is the conclusion,deficiency and prospect of this paper.The innovation of this article is that many domestic and foreign literature is based on the case method to explore some company or some of the operation situation of company financial Shared services center study,analyze its existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,and this article is based on M company's financial organization and functional status,current situation of business processes,such as establishing the financial Shared services center of the study,summarize the existing typical group enterprise implementation of good experience,find out suitable for M company financial sharing center development path.This paper mainly focuses on the establishment of financial sharing service center,rather than the later operation risk control and management.This paper mainly focuses on the sharing center of internal customer service,rather than the external service that earns profit through service contained in the two modes of advanced market mode and independent operation mode.
