At present,as the construction of ecological civilization has become a national development strategy,the first choiceto boost economic development in many regions is making full use of tourism by its natural resources.Heyuan City is located in the Pearl River Delta.Thus its rich natural resources provide unique advantages for the development of tourism.In addition to Wanlu Lake and dinosaur fossils,hot spring resources now have gradually become a new focus inHeyuan tourism.This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Heyuan hot spring tourism by the survey of consumer satisfaction.Firstly,this paper explains the current situation of rural hot spring tourism industry in Heyuan by taking Hakka Crystal Hot Spring Resort as the representative research object.Then,according to the actual situation of tourists in the resort,the evaluation criteria of customer satisfaction are formulated,and the satisfaction of tourists is investigated by questionnaire.Also the questionnaire was adjusted by consulting experts.Thirdly The sample characteristics of Heyuan hot spring tourists can be found by analyzing the collected data systematically.the corresponding levelswere set to classify the indexes of Hakka Crystal Hot Spring Resort.Besides,this paper summarizes the changing trend of customer consumption experience,and then draws a conclusion that the construction of consumer satisfaction index system plays a positive role in improving the overall satisfaction of consumers.Through the analysis,the key factors affecting consumer satisfaction,such as service quality and product types,are found.Finally,combined with the analysis results,positive suggestions are given to the development of rural hot spring tourism industry in Heyuan.Through a series of investigations and studies,we can draw the following conclusions:?.Consumers are not satisfied with the experience of Heyuan Hakka Crystal Hot Spring Resort.The overall performanceof this kind of hot spring resorts in heyuanis mediocre.?.There are also some problems in tourists' satisfaction,such as relatively low service level and quality,insufficient brand and connotation construction,relatively single marketing strategy and mode,and relatively unreasonable planning and design.?.The main reasons for the problems are the lack of talent resources as well as clear brand and connotation development strategies.Also the backward marketing concept and the reasons of local policies and economy should take into account.?.In view of the existing problems and the actual situation of Heyuan,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: Firstly,service quality should be pay attention toin order topromotetourism brand;Secondly,the construction of connotation culture should be strengthened to highlight local cultural characteristics;Thirdly,changing marketing management mode to increase enterprise benefits;Fourthly,rational planning and design should be made to achieve sustainable development.
