| Accompanied with the fast development of tourism industry in Fuzhou, Fuzhou hot spring which has a long history gradually shows great tourist value. Hot spring tourism is a new operational type of tourism with tourist and recreational nature. In the context of the current tourism market competition is intense, it has become a hot issue that the study of the satisfaction of rural Hot Springs Resort can improve the Fuzhou rural hot spring tourism products’ attraction, competitiveness and economic benefit.This paper takes Minhou Longquan Mountain rural Hot Springs Village as an example to carry out an empirical study on tourist satisfaction. At the beginning, it reviews the domestic and foreign research situation of tourist satisfaction, and then analyse the current development of Fuzhou rural Hot Springs Resort and Longquan Mountain. After that,the preliminary evaluation index system model and a questionaire about the satisfaction of rural Hot Springs Resort have been designed, including the satisfaction investigation and Analysis on the characteristics of visitors.The questionaire by experts consultation and interview is adjusted and identified.325effective questionnaires were taken back, and tourist sample characteristics of hot spring resort village was obtained.This paper uses fixed quantity analysis in order to revise the conceptual evaluation index system. It establishes the regression equation and uses the IPA analysis to determine the longquan mountain villa’s four factors,such as significant improvements, Continuous efforts,low priority and less energy, the situation of tourists’ perception is analysed and evaluated so as to determine the satisfaction evaluation index system and the influence. It conclude that rural tourist satisfaction depends on factors such as the service quality and product management. The paper put forward the strategies of the fuzhou hot spring resort village development.It draw the conclusion by analysis that satisfaction evaluation should focus on product planning and construction to improve service quality and management. |
