Study Of Tourist Satisfaction Measurement In Spring Scenic Area Of Jinan

In today increasingly fierce competition of the tourism market,providing highquality products and services to the tourists and improving the tourists experiencecomfort and satisfaction degree is a prequisite for tourism scenic area to gain a largescale and stable tourist source,it is also an important foundation to foster thecore-competitiveness of tourism scenic area.Therefore,it is of great significance tocarry out the research work on the evaluation of tourist satisfaction.This study combining with the achievements of this research of many scholarsfrom internal and abroad carrys out the research work on the evaluation of touristsatisfaction in scenic area of“the best spring in the world”which represents springscenic area in Jinan,it can promote the scenic area to provide higher levels of serviceand maintain the higher levels of satisfaction so as to enhance the attraction of scenicarea and ensure daily management smoothly.The content is divided into six parts,as follows:(1)Introduction,it mainlyintroduces the research background、research significance and research method, andput forwards the whole frame of research.(2)Theoretical research,it mainly introducesdomestic and international research achievements on tourist satisfaction, combs theconcept and connotation of tourist satisfaction, tourist scenic area and spring scenicarea, put forwards the expectation disconfirmation theory and ACSI model and otherrelated supportive theories.(3)Study design,it mainly puts forward the evaluationmodel of the study and the hypothesis of the model path. chooses the index system ofevaluation of tourist satisfaction and proposes the mathematical analytical methodadopted for the evaluation.(4)Empirical study,the questionnaire is designed andcarried on the release and recovery, with the statistical tools,the recovery data can beused for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlativeanalysis and regressive analysis so as to evaluate of the overall satisfaction of scenicarea. On this basis, the comparative evaluation of component scenic area in the inner area is carried out separatively.(5)Conclusions and recommendations,it mainly makesconclusions directed by the results of data analysis and puts forward the measures andsuggestions of management to the managers of scenic area.(6)Innovation, deficiencyand prospect of research,it mainly summarizes the main innovation and limitations ofthis study and provides prospect.for future research in related fields.The main conclusions of this paper are following:(1)Through factor analysis,wecan find the21evaluation index of antecedent variables can be induced for5dimensions which contain tourism facilities, tourism environment, tourism image,tourism attraction and tourism service.(2)Through correlative analysis, we can findthe relationship between tourism facilities and tourist satisfaction is highly significant.,so are tourism environment,tourism image,tourism attraction and tourismservices.(3)Through regressive analysis, we can find “the tourism soft environment”of tourism environment, tourism services, tourism image has a significant positiveinfluence on tourist satisfaction.(4)Through mean analysis,we can find the evaluationsof tourist satisfaction signs,scenic popularity, resident attitude, characteristics oftourism landscape,cultural connotation, environment of scenic spot safety are in ahigh value, tourists are most satisfied with the scenic image.(5)Through greyconnected analysis,we can find the four component scenic areas have their ownadvantages and disadvantages.Based on the above conclusions,we can propose thesuggestions and measures of improvement.from the perspective of tourism cateringand shopping, tourism scenic spot congestion and price,entertainment of tourismproducts and tourism services.
