S bidding Agency was originally established in 1959.It is mainly engaged in the business of comprehensive consulting,bidding agency,international trade and environmental protection engineering.It has been committed to providing customers with complete sets of services in the whole process of specialization,high quality and project management.It has now developed into a well-known comprehensive consulting agency in S province.Although the S bidding agency company has occupied a large market share and generally showed a good development trend,some drawbacks have gradually appeared in recent years.For example,the internal management structure is not perfect,the core business department is not prominent,the performance of the main service sector is declining,and the shortage of human resources.The main reason for these problems is that the S bidding agency lacks clear development strategies and development goals.This paper takes S bidding agency as a specific case and conducts key research.Firstly,the relevant theories of strategic management are sorted out,then PEST analysis and five-force model analysis method are used to deeply analyze the macro environment and industrial environment of S bidding agency,using internal environmental assessment matrix(IFE)and internal environmental assessment.The matrix(EFE)evaluates the internal and external environment.Secondly,based on the SWOT tool to understand the internal and external environment of the S bidding agency,it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the S company's bidding agency and its industry.Threats and opportunities from the external environment.Finally,based on the above comprehensive analysis,the company has developed strategic positioning,strategic choices and safeguard measures for implementing the strategy.That is to implement a centralized strategy to expand the market,implement differentiated strategies to form characteristic competitiveness,and establish a scientific and sound organizational structure,form a sound talent reserve system,establish an effective employee incentive mechanism,establish a standardized financial security mechanism and scientific risk prevention The security system will be used to achieve the human resources,improve performance,expand the market scale,and extend the development goals of the business chain.Through the management and regulation of various safeguard measures,S bidding agency companies can move forward in the expected direction in the future development.Although this paper studies the development strategy of S bidding agency,it also provides a useful reference for the development of other small and medium-sized bidding agencies,which has certain reference significance.
