It has been 41 years since reform and opening up,and China has actively integrated into the process of globalization of the economy while the country's strength has grown stronger.Economic globalization has accelerated the process of China's trade liberalization,production internationalization,financial globalization,and technological globalization.However,the fast-paced lifestyle that has followed has brought about conflicts in work and family.For the important part of the Chinese market,enterprises,the competition is more intense and the pressure on employees is getting bigger and bigger.If the pre'ssure problem is solved well,it can make it a driving force for the development of the enterprise;on the contrary,it will cause serious problems,which will not only affect the performance of the company,but also have a bad influence on the psychology and the body of the employees.In recent years,Chinese companies have reported reports of serious consequences such as depression,suicide,and sudden death due to work stress.No matter how advanced technology is and how technology advances,human beings are invaluable.Therefore,studying pressure and discussing how to relieve stress are of great significance and are also a major issue facing society and enterprises today.After the cancellation of welfare housing in 1998,the rapid development of China's real estate industry is obvious to all.Now it is already one of the pillar industries of China's national economy.The adjustment of the national macro-policy;limited land resources;competition between the same industry,etc.,increased the pressure on real estate companies,and also increased the pressure on employees of real estate companies,especially for first-line sales staff.Seazen Holding is a fast-growing real estate development enterprise.It was established in 1998.In 2008,it entered the top 20 real estate companies in China and became one of the top eight in the industry in 2018.With the rapid development of enterprises,the level of talent demand is relatively high.As the competition intensifies,the turnover rate remains high,especially for first-line sales p ersonnel.The investigation shows that the important reason for this problem is that the pressure is too great.Therefore,this article takes the L area of Seazen Holding as a case,and uses the relevant theory of stress management to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of pressure management of real estate sales personnel in the area and the reasons for the pressure.And on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to ease the pressure of sales personnel.The full text is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of this paper and summarizes the research on work stress management at home and abroad.The second chapter is related concepts and theories of stress management,including pressure,work pressure,related concepts and theories of stress sources,models of work stress management and management strategies.The third chapter analyzes the pressure management of the real estate salesman responsible of the L area of Seazen Holding according to the questionnaire.The fourth chapter puts forward strategic suggestions on the pressure management of real estate sales personnel in the L area of Seazen Holding from the organizational and indi'vidual levels.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook of the research.
