Research On The Optimization Path Of Training System For Sales Staff In RS Real Estate Company

With the advent of the information age,the global economy has developed rapidly,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.More and more enterprises realize that talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,how to attract,retain and use good talents has become an important issue for enterprises to think about.Especially in real estate companies,sales is an important link in real estate activities,On the one hand,sales staff can improve their comprehensive quality by contacting with helping customers set up correct corporate image positioning in their hearts.On the other hand,sales staff help customers make rational purchase intentions and decisions.Real estate enterprises should always pay attention to the quality training of sales staff to provide more training opportunities and training resources for sales staff.RS company is a domestic small and medium-sized real estate company,the sales staff in the marketing process there are some problems,such as employees in the sales process because there is no systematic training,communication skills and understanding to enterprise’s development objectives,thereby causing work performance achievement is not high,then bring the benefits of enterprises.In this paper through the sales staff of real estate enterprise training system of the optimization study,improve sales staff’s enthusiasm,and achieving the recycling enterprise training costs,and the appreciation of enterprise benefits,realize win-win situation of individual and corporate interests.This article is based on the theory of human resources training and development,the system combed the domestic and foreign related literature and theoretical knowledge about sales staff training,and based on the questionnaire survey of a large amount of data,the RS investigating and analyzing the present situation and problems of real estate company sales staff training,explore its existing problems,and put forward further the optimum path of training system,to help the RS estate company get better performance,to achieve better and faster development.
