In recent years,knowledge gradually becomes the primary productive force,knowledge worker’s personal knowledge management capability sought after by the community.But nowadays,the are few reasearchs about real estate sales staff’s personal knowledge management capability,this paper will start from this view to research.This paper aims to improve the ability of personal knowledge management of real estate sales staff through the study of the influencing factors of personal knowledge management capabilities.This paper will use employee salary to replace real estate agent‘s Personal knowledge management capability,investigate the sales staff who gets high salary,extract their success factors,provide the useful ideas for other agents and enterprises.This paper focuses on the three basic problems:(1)the real estate intermediary sales staff is part of the knowledge-based employees;(2)Explain the sales staff personal knowledge management capabilities and the internal and external influencing factors;(3)Describe the relationship between personal knowledge management capability and employee income.Based on this three points,establish mathematical model and questionnaire,the statistical analysis software SPSS to analyze data,finally get the importance ranking of the influence factors and confirm the strong relationship between personal knowledge management capability and employee income,it speaks well for the previous assumptions,the conclusion of this research can be applied for other sales enterprise,so it is universal.
