For the new century has come, the economic globalization, the progress of technology and the raising status of the consumers challenge the development of the enterprises. The real estate market in China has been developing for more than ten years. With the introduction of relevant national policies, more and more intense competition happens among enterprises. The key to get business success in the highly competitive environment of the complex is human resources. How to strengthen the management of human resources, in order to gain competitive advantage has become more and more attention to the problem of corporate managers. Among them, the performance management is the most important thing in human resource management. Real estate sales are important sources of business efficiency and are important pillars of development of enterprises. The key of competition among enterprises is the human resource of talent. How to use performance appraisal work to mobilize the enthusiasm of the sales staff becomes the core of human resource management, and how to establish a scientific performance appraisal system has become the main point of human resource management. This article is about the company’s performance appraisal YD real estate needs based on this background, and the research of sales staff performance appraisal system improvements related issues.This article studies on YD real estate sales staff performance appraisal. Firstly, it describes the background for the purpose and significance of research papers. Secondly, it summarizes the relevant theories of performance appraisal, including the performance and characteristics of meaning, and the definition of performance appraisal methods and the theoretical development situation at home and abroad. Thirdly, YD real estate development company profile, organizational structure, responsibilities of various departments, personnel status and other aspects of the analysis. On this basis, through questionnaires, interviews, etc. on the YD current real estate sales staff performance appraisal conducted research and found that the existing problems of performance appraisal, and the cause of the problems. For the existing problems of performance appraisal about sales staff in YD real estate company, the radical stands with the actual situation, and confirms a clear design ideas and principles of performance appraisal system, based on the main base of binary method, content and performance evaluation index weights, the main performance appraisal, assessment cycle aspects, assessment score, feedback and application of assessment results of the implementation of performance appraisal system and other improvements. Finally, in the assessment of the implementation process, YD companies should pay attention to strengthening and improving.
