| Performance appraisal is the key to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system helps to improve the management level and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the development space of the real estate market has gradually expanded;in the context of the new era,due to the changing market structure and market environment factors,real estate companies must gain a competitive advantage by improving the level of human resource management.The performance management of sales personnel is an important part of the company ’s human resource management.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable sales staff performance appraisal system for the development of real estate companies.In this paper,A real estate development company sales staff performance appraisal as the research object,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out research.Firstly,the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad are expounded.Secondly,the related concepts involved in the subject are discussed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of sales staff in A real estate development company,finds out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of sales staff in A real estate development company,including unreasonable performance appraisal cycle,unscientific performance appraisal index setting,imperfect performance appraisal feedback mechanism,lack of application of performance results and unscientific performance plan formulation,and analyzes the causes of the problems.It is believed that the lack of necessary understanding of performance appraisal by management,the lack of attention to performance appraisal construction at the company level,the lack of effective performance appraisal culture and the inadequate decomposition of strategic objectives lead to problems.Finally,combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward the optimization design scheme of performance appraisal of sales staff of A real estate development company from the aspects of index design,performance appraisal plan,performance appraisal monitoring and communication,strict implementation of performance appraisal and establishment of performance appraisal result application system.In order to ensure the implementation of the method,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures for the performance appraisal design of sales personnel of A real estate development company,in order to provide guidance and reference for the performance appraisal of sales personnel of A real estate development company. |
