China has promoted the reform of the financial industry system,and China's banking sector has made rapid progress in this context.However,there is fierce competition between banks,in order to gain a competitive advantage,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of service personnel.And improve the comprehensive quality of service personnel,around the bank hall staff to establish the perfect human resources management system,from the aspects of personnel selection,personnel allocation,personnel training and incentives to enhance the overall quality of the service personnel is one of the key parts.Minsheng Bank NC branch staff China Hall of urban and rural resources value diversification,differentiation,job autonomy,shunt salary distribution performance,no doubt to the bank's human resources management has brought new challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the human resource management of the hall personnel.In this paper,through management interviews,analysis of problems existing in human resource management in the direction of the existence of branches,and found the specific problems in the post setting,hall staff post matching and personnel training,compensation and performance management are five aspects by the way of research.This paper proposed three measures to optimize system two system: job management system,personnel appointment system,training system,performance management system and salary management system optimization measures,continue to solve the problems of human resource management of the existing branch.
