| The architectural design is a traditional intelligence—intensive and knowledge-intensive serving industry, it has played an important role in Chinese economic construction, especially in the aspect like supporting for proper making-decision, avoiding mistakes, optimizing construction planning, shortening construction period, reduction cost, improving project quality. Compared with the developed countries, Chinese ECI is more laggard, but developing faster and has huge potential.Nowadays, knowledge economy is developing rapidly, there's huge market competition domestically and abroad. It has the most important significance for an enterprise enforcing qualified personnel development strategy to improve key competition of the enterprise to solve the problems of how to enhance the development and management of human resources, how to provide more manpower and qualified personnel resources, how to train more and more scientific and technological innovation personnel to gain better economic benefit for the enterprise in the course of market competition.The primary competitive power of the architectural design corporations roots in the conceptual skill and the creativity of the technical staff,and excellent design talents are the most valuable human resource of the architectural design corporation.The human resource management is one of the most important parts in the development of the corporation.It can enhance the competitive strength of the corporation and is the key which help the corporation get in on the ground floor in the market competition.The paper theoretically analyses the concepts of enterprise human resource management and project human resource management, differentiated and integrated the relevant theories, and enriched the theoretical frame of the study on project human resource management. In practice,on the ground of investigation of architectural design corporations in Chongqing,Chengdu,Wuhan etc,this paper analyses the unique feature of the human resources and the human resource management of architectural design corporations: the level of satisfaction of employees is high;self-management; floating of the employees; remarkable effect of several people; managing measures of people oriented. On the other hand,the paper analyses the main problems in human resource management of the architectural design corporations and studies the practical cases of the large numbers of design corporations. Aiming at the characteristics of the human resource management of the architectural design corporations,the article studies the reformational strategy of the human resource management such as, conception of talents, strategic layout, institutional standardization of the human resource management, invite applications for a job and training, performance appraisal,corporate culture. Lastly,the theories which have gotten are applied in the case of the human resource management of Chongqing CS architectural design institution.Hope that helpful ideas can be supplied to the innovation of similar corporation. |
