After the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage.This also puts forward new requirements and opportunities for the development of China's tourism industry.With the further advancement of urban-rural integration,many urban residents are willing to return to the countryside to experience rural life and participate in leisure and entertainment.Rural tourism also ushered in a new era of development.With the rapid development of tourism industry in recent years,experts in academic circles have made far-reaching research and Reflection on the impact of tourism.Residents of tourist destination are the direct contacts of the tourism industry.Participating in the development of the tourism industry is the direct subject of gaining the benefits of tourism development or accepting losses.The perspective of residents' perception has been widely used by scholars in the research field of tourism impact.The research on tourism impact and residents' perception has been relatively mature in China,and relevant research results have begun to be applied to the development of tourism.However,there are few studies on the combination of the two,especially the research on rural tourism and development is still in the blank stage.This study takes rural tourism in Jindong District as the research object,and takes the perception results of local residents' tourism impacts as the research objective,aiming at obtaining countermeasures and suggestions for better development of rural tourism in Jindong District.In the early stage of the study,the author made a deep research and Discussion on a large number of Chinese and foreign literature.Based on the theories of life cycle,social exchange,social representation and sustainable development of tourist destination,the author designed a questionnaire on the perception of tourism impact of local rural residents in Jindong District,used SPSS software to carry out data statistics on the returned questionnaire,and made factor analysis and difference analysis from three aspects of economy,society and environment.Through in-depth interviews,a series of conclusions are drawn on the perception of tourism impact by local residents in Jindong District,and some pertinent suggestions are put forward.The full text is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,whichmainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,content,methods and ideas,including literature review of relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter is about the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.This paper defines the concepts of rural tourism and residents' perception,and gives a brief overview of relevant theories such as the life cycle of tourist destinations.The third chapter is the description of the present situation of rural tourism market in Jindong District.The general situation of Jindong District,tourism resources,rural tourism development and transportation infrastructure are summarized.Chapter four is a survey of residents' perception of rural tourism development in Jindong District of Jinhua City.Through questionnaires and interviews,the local residents in Jindong District were investigated,and their perceptions of tourism impact were analyzed.Combined with the data analysis and interviews of the questionnaires,classified and summarized from three aspects of economy,environment and social culture.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.The main conclusions of this study are extracted and further optimization suggestions are put forward.Chapter six is the shortcomings of the study.
