Research On The Project Planning For Old-Age Tourism Base In Jindong Management District Of Y City

with the influence of social environment,family environment and the personal willingness of the elderly,more and more old people pay more attention to the old-age tourism,which has greatly improved the development of the old-age tourism.Therefore,strengthening the planning and construction of the industry base of the old-age tourism is of great significance for promoting the development of old-age tourism industrialization.Under the current background with continuous development on the old-age industry and tourism industry,how to integrate them together and further promote the development of the old-age tourism industry have become a topic worth researching and exploring.The thesis takes Jindong Management District of Y City in Hunan Province as its object,researches the project planning and design of the old-age tourism industry base in the district as well as explores the potential for Jindong Management District to develop the old-age tourism industry and creates a regional-oriented old-age tourism brand,in order to promote the in-depth development on the tourism industry in Y City of Hunan Province and improve its social and economic development in the future.The thesis firstly uses the literature data analysis method to sort out and comment on the relevant domestic and overseas researches,clarifying the related concepts of “old-age tourism” and the development prospects on the old-age tourism industry in China;it uses the questionnaire method to collect the first-hand information on planning the old-age tourism projects in Jindong Management District in Y City;the thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing the old-age tourism projects in Jindong Management District,proposes to overcome the disadvantages and explores the development potential on the old-age tourism industry in the region;the focus of the thesis is to use the global tourism theory,sustainable development theory and related theories on project management to plan and design the old-age tourism project base in Jindong Management District.The research of the subject will give corresponding strategies and measures for the future old-age tourism industry in China as well as provide references and examples for related project planning.
