Electric power construction enterprises are an important part of China's electric power construction enterprises,and their construction quality is also an important guarantee to ensure the safe operation of electric power enterprises and national power equipment.Between the current electric power construction enterprise competition is very fierce and cruel,especially as a private enterprise,in the capital and market influence is far inferior to large state-owned enterprises,only by making each project cost control,completes each project construction quality,and at the same time in the internal implementation of effective performance management can in the increasingly fierce competition.A electric power construction company business development is rapid,body now the performance of the type of work in scoring system is not perfect,the provincial market economic differences caused difficult unified business performance evaluation,etc.,high employee turnover rate since 16 years at the same time,the staff for existing performance management system does not recognise,the company's performance management culture has not fully formed,employee performance management of electric power construction company A to improve effectively to promote electric power construction company's market competitiveness,and to ensure A healthy development of the company and has very important significance.In this paper,first of all,the paper briefly introduces the research background of the performance management of the research status at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed,and further the theoretical basis of performance and performance management methods are studied,the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators(kpis),360-degree feedback,target management method by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of completes the theoretical basis for the following work.Of A electric power construction company organization structure,personnel structure and function were analyzed,and using questionnaire and visiting talking method to determine the current electric power construction company staff performance management work is A performance review process is not complete,the performance appraisal system problems,inadequate performance appraisal application and index design unreasonable,employees' perception of performance management is not enough.The formation of these problems is mainly caused by the insufficient attention and cognition at the leadership level,the lack of talents in corporate performance management,and the ineffective matching of performance management goals and corporate strategic goals.In view of the existing problems in the performance management of employees of A power construction company,the work of this paper mainly includes:1)propose the improvement goals and principles,and confirm the main methods and tasks for the existing problems;2)prepare for improvement of employee performance management,including collecting information and analyzing employees' position functions;3)designed the overall framework of employee performance management improvement and proposed the implementation roadmap of the improvement plan;4)to improve the performance management of employees from three aspects:constructing a reasonable indicator system,performance feedback and performance application.In terms of the construction of the indicator system,the performance feedback can be realized from strengthening the performance feedback communication and improving the employee representation.To build a perfect salary system,promotion system and training system,so that employee performance management can be effectively applied and form a powerful auxiliary to the performance management system.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results of this paper and summarizes the shortcomings of this paper.
