With the expansion of RX Computer Company,the scientific and rationality of the performance appraisal of the ordinary employees is more important.Based on two-factor,equity,and expectancy theory in the incentive,it researches on the performance appraisal of ordinary employees in the company by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and case analysis.At present,the company has constructed a set of performance appraisal for ordinary employees that motivated employees definitely.But there are still some problems:First,unreasonable index cannot measure the specificity of the posts and the efforts at work,which causes injustice in bonuses;second,the performance appraisal results only applies in bonuses,and ignores the usage of spiritual incentives;third,assessors is only to be leaders,which is difficult to get a comprehensive and accurate assessment.The actuality is much smaller than the employees' expectations and so it is hard to achieve positive reinforcement—salary increase,promotion and leave;fourth,the bonus is not given in time.To these problems,this paper refers to the appraisal methods of the similar enterprises in related industry.It improves the performance appraisal in four aspects on the basis of the characteristics of different posts by using KPI and 360 degree methods.First,design index according to the post to reduce the injustice of the bonuses;second,enrich the application of performance appraisal results,and put factors like holiday,promotion,training into the appraisal system of the ordinary employees;third,establish multivariate assessors according to the posts and set the different proportions in view of the familiarity to the employee's work and their appraisal skills;Fourth,set up the flexible performance bonus cycle.
