In recent years,as more and more international capital has poured into the Chinese market,between enterprises and enterprises,in the final analysis are the competition between talent,if you want to survive in the fierce competition situation and development,with an excellent and efficient personnel is the key to the success of each business.How to manage the talent and how to carry out the performance management mode is the key to whether the enterprise can play the competitive advantage.The number of grassroots employees is the basis of enterprise development,so the performance management of grassroots employees on the development of enterprises has a crucial role.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper investigates the various problems of performance management of grassroots employees in Xiangtan Electric Group Company by using literature research method,field investigation method and induction method.Firstly,the concept of performance management,the content of performance management and the common methods of performance management are introduced and discussed.Then,the status of performance management of the grassroots employees at Xiangtan Electric Group Company is investigated through field investigation.Then,the performance of Xiangtan Electric Group Company at the grassroots level is analyzed and analyzed The paper puts forward the optimization plan of the performance management of the grassroots staff corresponding to the performance management of the grassroots employees of Xiangtan Electric Group Company in the light of the development goals and the actual situation of the enterprise.The results show that the existing performance management system of the grassroots employees in Xiangtan Electric Group lacks sufficient incentive.The performance appraisal index of the grassroots employees is unreasonable.The lack of communication and feedback of the performance management process of the grassroots employees will be To a certain extent affected the company’s entire management and restricted the company’s development.Based on the performance management theory,this paper uses the current performance management method,combined with the current performance management status of the electromechanical industry,and grasp the performance of the grassroots employees with the highest proportion of the total human resource.
