The rapid development of economic globalization has contributed to the emergence of more and more cross-regional groups and multinational corporations,which having established their own branches and subsidiaries one after another are committed to expanding business all around the world.But the growing number of branches and companies' attempts in different areas have made its management development and operations difficult for large multinational or cross-regional enterprise groups.Based on this,a new development model,Financial Shared Service(FSS),emerges as the times require.Large multinational and cross-regional enterprise groups solve problems by using shared services to minimize the negative impact.With the spread of financial shared sen ices in China,local companies have made corresponding attempts,and many business groups have gradually accepted and applied this concept of financial management.More and more actively explore a road suitable for the national conditions and the dexvelopment of enterprise groupsThe article starts from the basic theory of financial shared service and takes the enterprise group financial shared service center as the research object.Through the analysis of the current situation,it points out that the financial shared service center has irregular business process control,the financial staff team is not fully constructed and the financial shared organization structure is not perfect.Incomplete financial information system,unclear financial department's powers and responsibilities,low work efficiency and imperfect performance management evaluation system.Analyzed the reasons for these problems:business process management system is backward and management and financial staff are not sufficiently involved.Inadequate organizational forms of financial shared service center,lack of stability of financial information system,low processing capacity of financial data,unbalanced distribution of power and responsibilities and performance evaluation measures are lagging behind.At the same time,proposals are made for each issue to promote the development of business process management.Strengthen the management and training of financial personnel,select the organizational model according to the degree of development,optimize the financial information system,improve the strategic planning and internal control of financial shared services,adopt a scientific performance evaluation system.Finally,through the in-depth analysis of the Suning commerce group financial shared service center,the necessity of its establishment was explored.Through the discussion of the scaled operation of the financial shared service center,the experiences of Suning commerce group were summed up,and the financial shared service was continuously optimized and perfected.Through the analysis in-depth of the financial shared service center of Suning commerce group,this paper explores the necessity of its establishment and through the discussion of the operation on a large scale of the financial shared service center,summarizes the experience in implementation of Suning commerce group,so as to continuously optimize the financial shared servicesThe article discusses the problems and causes of the enterprise group financial shared service center through literature research methods and analysis methods,puts forward suggestions for improvement.Through the combination of point and point,it provides positive advice and suggestions for the construction of the financial shared service center,providing beneficial experience.
