In recent years, with the implement of globalizational management strategy and the cross-regional and diversified development, the enterprise groups’subsidiaries have extended to all parts of the world, and their business has also involved multiple industries. How to keep subsidiaries and each business unit in efficiency operation mode has become a difficulty during enterprises’ operation and management. In this context, Financial Shared Service arises at the historic moment, and it is gradually accepted and applied by enterprise groups. Through process reengineering and value analysis, Financial Shared Service reintegrates the enterprises’ scattered and repeat financial business and provides enough information and data for the subsidiaries as well. Financial Shared Service also provides support for group business and strategic decision-making. It greatly reduces the cost, improves efficiency and maximizes the enterprises’ value.In this paper, SUNING Commerce Group co. is taken as a case. As a successful enterprise group which has constructed its Financial Shared Service Center in recent years, SUNING’s building experience do have far-reaching significance to the research of Financial Shared Service’s theory and practice. First of all, this paper illustrates the background and significance of the research. Combined with the related theory, it introduces the thought and method used for research, and briefly summarizes the development process of the Financial Shared Service. This paper focuses the analysis on the construction and operation of SUNING’s Financial Shared Service Center, and put forward the existing problems of present mode as well. This paper chooses two domestic and international enterprises’ Financial Shared Service Centers as benchmarks. It absorbs the successful experience from the two constructions, and lays the foundation for the following optimization strategy. Aiming at the problem of Financial Shared Service Center, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy and plans from the following five aspects:service process optimization, process management optimization, innovation of the information, performance appraisal management optimization, and the enterprise culture construction. In the last part, the paper summarizes the main points of this research, illustrates the key points, and summarizes the disadvantages of the research.In this paper, the author hopes that through the study of Financial Shared Service Center of SUNING, we can constantly optimize and improve the existing problems of the operation at the present stage, and further consummate SUNING’s Financial Shared Service mode.Meanwhile, the author also hopes that this research would give some references to how to strengthen Financial Shared Service, and provide better guidance for the future development of enterprises.
