The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate and uneven development." It can be seen that China's economy has entered a new era of development, but the contradiction of the development of "unbalance" is still significant. The conference stressed that the issue of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood. The issue of solving the "three rural issues" must always be the top priority of the party's work.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to give farmers more property rights, clarify the ownership of property rights, improve various powers, activate the potential of various production factors in rural areas, and establish a new mechanism for rural collective economic operations that meets the requirements of market economy. As a part of the farmer's property rights, the realization of the value of the homestead is of great significance to the growth of the property income of the peasants. In the context of the current urbanization continued to advance, the shortage of urban construction land is in stark contrast to the idleness of residential sites in rural areas.Revitalizing rural housing sites is of great significance to urban construction and the improvement of farmers' property income. Therefore, based on the background of unbalanced development, this paper explores the impact of homestead circulation on the property income of farmers in different regions.Explore the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the growth of farmers' property income through the transfer of housing sites in different regions.Taking Guangdong Province as an example, this paper studies the impact of homestead circulation on farmers' property income from the perspective of spatial gradient.According to the situation of farmers' disposable income, property income and home-related transfer income in Guangdong Province, the regional division of Guangdong Province is carried out,and the influence of several common transfer methods of homesteads in different regions on the property income of farmers in the region is analyzed. The differences in the influence of different circulation methods on the property income of farmers in different gradient areas, and put forward the countermeasures to promote the growth of farmers' property income by the transfer of housing sites. The article first introduces the background, purpose and significance of this paper, and summarizes the research status of spatial gradient, homestead transfer to promote farmers' property income and increase farmers' property income, summarizes the main contents of the article, and points out the article. The difficulty and innovation. The second chapter defines the concepts of gradient theory, homestead, property income and the theory of supporting the transfer of homestead. It clarifies the research object and research theory support, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. The third chapter expounds the reality of Guangdong Province as an example, and describes the current situation of farmers' property income in Guangdong Province and various cities, the transfer income of homestead, and the gradient of Guangdong Province based on the transfer policy of Guangdong Province. For the following analysis of the impact of homestead circulation on different gradients. The fourth chapter uses regression analysis to analyze the impact of the transfer of different gradient homesteads on the property income of farmers. It is concluded that the impact of homestead transfer in different gradient areas on farmers' property income is significantly different. And the analysis of this difference is affected by spatial characteristics, leading to differences in economic development levels between regions, differences in market development levels, differences in geographical factors, and differences in social policies, resulting in different household land transfer methods in the region to farmers' property income. The growth has a differential impact. This paper provides ideas for the countermeasures and suggestions for raising the property income of farmers in different gradient areas. The fifth chapter is based on a comprehensive understanding of the impact of the transfer of housing land in different gradient areas of Guangdong Province on the property income of farmers, and puts forward the overall countermeasures and suggestions for improving the property income of farmers, and then proposes targeted countermeasures for different gradient feature areas. The sixth chapter summarizes the research and points out the lack of research and prospects.
