interests,and maintain the stability of rural society and the sustainable development of rural economy.Studies on the influence factor of the Homestead Expansion is mostly based on the analysis of the external factors,Few scholars from the perspective of peasant household behavior,studying on the inner motive power of affecting the Homestead Expansion-division of the property.In order to deeply study the spatial difference and influencing factors of Homestead Expansion.Taking Tianshui Qinan County as an example,this paper chooses 64 sample villages based on concentric circle theory,using qinan administrative data and rural parameter data from1997 to 2016 in the sample area,the almanac data,to discuss question of the influence of Division of the Property on the Homestead Expansion from the perspective of the inner driving that leading the Homestead Expansion.using monadic linear regression Confirmed the influence of Division of the Property on the Homestead Expansion.On the basis of analyzing spatial difference of division of the property,having analysed the spatial difference of the Homestead Expansion,Finally,having analysed the influence mechanism of Division of the Property on the Homestead Expansion Combining with related theories.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This study through different regional investigation and the almanac data,Setting up the curve equation between households and The homestead area.Through the calculation of the correlation coefficient between them,To classify trend chart between them,Quantitative analysis using monadic linear regression,It is concluded that the current Division of the Property has an impact on the Homestead Expansion,Among the significant influence factors,the influence coefficients of the four kinds of the suburban to the country is slow to the fast growth;spatial difference of division of the property cause spatial difference of the Homestead Expansion,From 1997 to 2006,from near to far,The extent of Homestead Expansion from the suburban to the outer suburbs Respectively is high(3.527% ~ 6.350%),Relatively high(2.127% ~3.527%),middle(1.235% ~ 2.127%),low(0.468% ~ 1.235%).In 2007-2016,The extent of Homestead Expansion from the suburban to the outer suburbs is Respectively low(0.397%~ 1.233%),medium(1.233% ~ 2.532%),high(2.532% ~ 6.004%),high(6.004% ~ 13.9%).(3)This study,based on“the theory
