Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Xinjiang Agricultural Products Export Trade Under The Background Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

As a big agricultural province,agricultural products export trade is an important means to increase foreign exchange income and improve the living standards of farmers,and also an important way to promote Xinjiang agriculture "going out".After the Silk Road Economic Zone,the state put the Xinjiang as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Zone which provided a new platform for the development of agricultural exports and trade opportunities in Xinjiang.Xinjiang should seize this opportunity to vigorously develop the export trade of agricultural products,to achieve the role of trade in the economy.Therefore,the study on the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products export trade in Xinjiang was conducive to avoid trade barriers in the process of agricultural trade and also conducive to the development of agricultural and sideline products processing industry in Xinjiang in this context.At the same time,it had a direct practical significance to realize the standardization of agricultural production in Xinjiang,speed up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and increase the income of farmers.Based on searches of the domestic and foreign,using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the current situation and trend of agricultural products export trade in Xinjiang.The paper built the evaluation system of Xinjiang agricultural product export trade transformation on this basis.This evaluation system consists of 7 one level indexes and 15 two level indexes.The paper used the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the situation of Xinjiang agricultural product export trade transformation and upgrading,and to analyze which factors promoted the development of Xinjiang agricultural products export trade,which factors were not conducive to its development.We could conclude that the export trade of agricultural products in Xinjiang was increasing,but the proportion of Xinjiang's agricultural exports in the total export trade of Xinjiang had gradually declined.Moreover,the export structure of agricultural products in Xinjiang were not reasonable,for example,the proportion of primary products of the main export products was high and the products were few.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the export trade of agricultural products in Xinjiang in the year of 2000-2015 was mainly prepared for the transformation and upgrading,and only a few years had entered the initial stage of transformation and upgrading.In terms of specific indicators,the increase in the proportion of general trade,the improvement of the contribution rate of technological progress and the rise of labor growth rate can promote the development of agricultural exports.These indicators strongly promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural exports in Xinjiang.But the increase of export market concentration rate,the reduction of international market share,the increase of export trade dependence and the decline of trade competitiveness index are not conducive to the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's agricultural exports.
