Background with "silk road" is an important move by the central government, it is integrates and coordinates the SCO and the Eurasian economic community, on the basis of in China and central Asia and surrounding areas to develop the silk road economic and advocacy through asia-europe economic arteries and under the background of the consensus, aimed at "close relationship between central Asia, promote trade and investment, deepen the technology cooperation and build a free trade area and achieve the purpose of cooperation a win-win economic and trade exchanges".The unique climate conditions of Xinjiang provides a good environment for crop growth, contributed to the rapid development of agricultural product processing trade industry. Port facilities, broad prospects for investment, superior policy support resource base and policy guarantee for the processing trade of agricultural products in Xinjiang. Agricultural products processing trade occupy a leading role in economic development in Xinjiang, and has important influence to improving the economic development of agriculture and increasing farmers' income.
