Since the reform and opening up,"export",as one of the "troika" to drive China's GDP growth,has promoted the rapid growth of China's economy.It must also accelerate its transformation and upgrading after entering a new stage of development.Among them is Xinjiang,which is located in the northwestern border of China.It has a unique geographical location and is a bridgehead for China to open to the west.In recent years,Xinjiang has relied on abundant natural resources and labor resources to make the scale of export trade continue to grow,but with the continuous advancement of the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,while the rapid development of Xinjiang's export trade,it is necessary to pay more attention to The improvement of this requires Xinjiang to take advantage of the great opportunity of the Silk Road Economic Belt to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of export trade and promote the high-quality development of Xinjiang's economy.Based on the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,this article explores how Xinjiang should make full use of its own industrial advantages and location advantages to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of export trade.First,based on the current situation of the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the reality of the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt is analyzed from the three aspects of the internal power of Xinjiang's economic development,scientific and technological research and development strength and industrial structure.Foundation;secondly,construct a comprehensive evaluation system from the three dimensions of increasing the added value of export products,optimizing the structure of export products,and improving the utilization rate of resources and energy,and using the mean square decision method to measure the level of Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt And analysis;again,using Porter's "diamond theory" model to screen and empirically analyze the influencing factors of Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt;finally,based on the realistic characteristics of Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading,In the Silk Road Economic Belt construction,Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading path selection,as well as specific suggestions to ensure the smooth operation of the path.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt has good regional advantages and great potential for transformation and upgrading;second,with the development of Xinjiang's export trade,From 2002 to 2018,the level of Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading is constantly improving in 2014,but overall the level of Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading is notoptimistic and only after 2015 the degree of transformation and upgrading is showing a trend of improvement;third,Xinjiang's export trade transformation and upgrading is mainly affected by factor endowments,Industrial support,trade openness,the purchasing power level of countries along the Silk Road,and the strategic competition of enterprises.Due to the lack of independent innovation capabilities in Xinjiang,technical factors have not effectively played a role in enhancing the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade.In addition,Xinjiang's transportation The development of the transportation level has intensified the competition between Xinjiang and other regions in the Mainland for the development and utilization of resources along the Silk Road Economic Belt,resulting in its failure to effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade;Fourth,the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt The transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang export trade should be based on "Based on enterprise upgrades,it drives the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade;promotes the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade based on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;takes the path of undertaking industrial transfer at home and abroad to drive the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's export trade,to achieve the overall export trade The scale has grown steadily and the quality of export products has gradually improved.
