The subject comes from the Course of the company management simulation practice in Northeastern University,in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University's Business Management Game(Management Game,abbreviated MG).The First Choice International Watch Company Ltd.(abbreviated FC)is a simulation company in MG environment.In 2014 MG,FC is the fifth company of the fourth competition world(W4F5).Five-man group composed of the management team of the company,are responsible for the general manager,the marketing director(high-end products),the marketing director(low-end products),the production director of operations and chief financial officer.The simulation cycle is the quarter.In the annual management board meeting after one year operation,the functional director report on the implementation of the functions and objectives of the strategy to reach the situation in the form of a formal report,and develop plans and goals for the next year on the basis of the analysis.Duties of choice for the company's production operations,namely,the production director of operations,responsible for the production of high-end product and low-end product and development.This paper is written based on the simulation production strategic management in FC from 2014 to 2016.Before operating in 2014,the systematic analysis of the company's existing data 15 years of operation done to understand the early operations and their status of development of the watch industry and FC.On the basis of study of the production strategic management and evaluation methods related books and literature,the FC company start the three years operation to develop and implement production strategy.In the course of three years of operation,firstly,analyse the company's strategic environment,then develop three years of production strategic planning,develop next year's production at the beginning of the annual operating plan,implement and evaluation.The paper is a summary of the above strategic manufacturing operations management.First,the macro environment PEST method analysis,and in view of the industry environment and micro-enterprise environment is analyzed,then the SWOT analysis method comprehensive analysis of the competitive situation and the formation of a variety of production strategy combinations to choose from.Then,on this basis,the company proposed 2014--2016 annual strategy.In the production strategy the PDCA cycle method is applied,and finally with Balanced Scorecard strategic performance evaluated.This paper is divided into six chapters,including introduction,strategic management theory of production,production strategic environmental analysis,implementation and evaluation of production strategy.
