Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Online Food Supervision

In recent years,Internet technology has developed rapidly.The Internet has further integrated with the traditional physical industry.Food network transactions are changing people's lives.Purchasing food on various Internet platforms are very normal in daily life.The emerging of online trading networks has provided new channels for food management,which promoted consumption,employment and trade,but also brought new challenges to food safety supervision.To protect people's food safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry in the context of "Internet +" requires government regulatory authorities,the operators,consumers,the third-party trading platforms,and media to participate in the food safety supervision process.Based on the context,this paper will analyze and study the issues from six parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of online food safety supervision,analyzes the present researches of online food safety supervision at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part mainly summarizes the theoretical basis of network food safety supervision,including “Internet +”,online food,food safety supervision,public goods theory,information asymmetry theory,market failure theory and public governance theory.This part builds the foundation for the deep analysis of the innovation of network food safety supervision.The third part mainly analyzes the current status and problems of online food safety supervision in China,in order to better cope with the challenges of online food safety supervision.The fourth part mainly draws on the advanced experience of foreign food safety supervision.The fifth part proposes countermeasures to improve the supervision of network food safety,so that it can better adapt to the "Internet +" era.The sixth part is the basic conclusions and the shortcomings of this paper.The research contents are the main innovation of this paper.As "Internet +" emerges in recent years,the research on network food safety supervision starts up.The research on network food safety supervision from the aspects of government,operators,consumers et al.,not only meets the timely needs,but also further enhances the level of supervision.
