Good food regulation is an important manifestation of our government to build aservice government. But in recent years, China has repeatedly suffered various types offood safety incidents. Although many factors led to these problems, but lack ofgovernment regulation is one of the reasons causing these tragedies. China Food SafetyLaw "into effect in June2009. The introduction of the Food Security Act is a landmark,its former existence of many food safety issues is provided, which has a positivesignificance to improve the food safety status. However, as it relates to departmentalinterests and most of the reform,"Food Safety Law" and no breakthrough in China’s foodcenter link-the safety control system, food safety regulation remains expect to solve alot of problems, So, look for a new food regulatory program is very important.Network governance is a new public management philosophy in recent years,mainly referring to a new public-private partnerships, non-profit organizations, for-profitcompanies to provide public goods and services governance model, on the other hand,the introduction of more interested parties to participate, with the least resources toachieve the best meet citizens demand for consensus.
