Study On The Construction Of Safety Supervision Index Of Food Production

Global food trade with the pace of economic growth and the continuous growth of the food supply chain has caused an unprecedented impact.The industrialization of food production,the adoption of new technologies,new raw materials and new products,the factors that cause food safety are becoming more and more complicated,the traditional food safety risk assessment system is difficult to distinguish the new physical,chemical and biological hazards,can not be completely "post-punishment" into "pre-prevention".In addition,food production as the first part of food safety,is bound to be the most important.In order to deal with this problem,this paper intends to establish a set of assessment of food production management hazards in food risk assessment system,food production safety regulatory index.Firstly,this paper analyzes and combs the origin,function and development of the food safety index based on the dual perspectives of domestic and foreign,focusing on the construction of safety supervision index of food production.Secondly,from the domestic and foreign literature review,domestic laws and regulations and food accident cases to find the impact of food production safety management risk factors,and on the basis of the simple analysis of the risk factors in the production of food,using the Delphi method to test,to build China's food production safety supervision index system.At the same time,using the network analytic hierarchy process to obtain the corresponding weight of each index,and then build China's food production safety supervision index model.Finally,according to the CFDA released 101 infant formula milk powder production enterprises to implement research,with the network level analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the dairy production chain of food safety supervision index to conduct empirical research.The results are as follows:China's dairy industry,food safety aspects of the production situation at a general level;small and medium-sized dairy enterprises the worst security situation;the difference between the various regions,East China,South China and other economically developed areas performed better,North China and Central China are poor performance in two areas.National,social third parties and enterprises need to develop a sound food safety supervision system.The study on the construction of the safety supervision index of food production can supplement the index evaluation system of the food chain in the food chain from the perspective of management,can provide the theoretical basis for the sales and logistics of the food chain.At the same time,it can evaluate the safety status of the production link in the whole country or a region and find out the management risk factors which affect the food safety,so as to effectively inhibit the food safety problem,improve the safety level of food production in China.
