The sharing economy first become popular in our country in 2010.Although the time is about 10 years late compared with foreign countries,it has been developing very rapidly in China in recent years.It can not only bring diversity to the economic development,but also play a role in promoting the traditional industry to a certain extent.The research object of this paper is H Company,which belongs to the sharing finance field of sharing economy.It was founded in 2013.It is a financial technology company specializing in microfinancial information services.Although after more than four years of steady development has accumulated a certain number of customers,However,due to the increasingly fierce competition in the Internet financial industry and the fact that H Company belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises,how to achieve its long-term and stable development has become an urgent task.Therefore,this paper focuses on the performance management of H Company and introduces the balanced Scorecard to design an effective performance management system for H Company to solve the problems in performance management and improve its comprehensive competitiveness.First of all,summing up the current share of the economic development trend and related industries,combined with the research described the significance of performance management of H company.Secondly,the theory and method of performance management are studied.Thirdly,the design of survey questionnaires to H employees within the company as the object of performance management research,analysis of the survey data and summary the defects in the performance management in H Corporation and shortcomings.Then,combined with the development of Internet financial industry on the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard the necessity and feasibility of the performance management system of H company.Then,based on H company's strategic objectives as the starting point of the design objectives of each level of Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators,and then use the AHP to set weights for each target and establish a set of performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard.After that,based on the focus on the Balanced Scorecard in the implementation process Combined with the H company's internal conditions,it determines the corresponding safeguards,and hopes to play a role in the performance management of other SMEs in the Internet industry.Finally,the effect of H company performance management system is summarized.
