As an important management method,performance appraisal plays an important role in the long-term development of enterprises.Scientific performance appraisal can not only effectively improve the individual performance at the staff level,but also achieve the performance objectives at the organizational level,so as to achieve the strategic objectives of the long-term development of the enterprise.The strategic objectives of an enterprise play an important role in guiding the development of the enterprise.Integrate the strategic objectives of the enterprise into the performance appraisal,and accelerate the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise through the performance management.The system design and process management of performance management are easy to be ignored for many Internet Financial platforms,which leads to many potential problems in operation.Some of the performance appraisal of Internet Financial platforms is still based on financial data,and a single appraisal focus lacks consideration of customers,internal processes,learning and growth,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the company.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the performance management method of Internet financial platform.Balanced scorecard,as a multidimensional management tool to measure performance,scientifically combines strategic objectives and multidimensional from many aspects.This management method is not only suitable for the current market environment,but also can improve the internal management system of the company.Through the investigation on the performance management of company C,it is found that there are problems in the performance management of company C,such as unscientific performance indicators,lack of effective performance communication mechanism,unreasonable application of assessment results,deviation from the company's established strategic objectives in the process of performance assessment.In view of the existing problems,using the management tool of Balanced Scorecard of management accounting,this paper designs a feasible performance appraisal plan for company C from four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process and learning and growth,and puts forward suggestions for its implementation,such as full participation.
