Research On The Use Of Balanced Scorecard In Internet Financial Enterprises

With the rapid development of national economy,the Internet finance industry has become a new industry that the country attaches great importance to.In an emerging industry such as Internet finance,the human resource management of Internet financial enterprises is increasingly on the agenda.Unfortunately,there are few domestic studies,and the research on the performance appraisal system of Internet financial enterprises is very rare.In this paper,based on the performance assessment of the Internet financial enterprise A,which has the characteristics of industry benchmarking,this paper deeply studies the construction and implementation of BSC performance appraisal system in the company.The purpose of this study is to study the significance and value of BSC performance assessment methods for company A and the large Internet financial enterprises similar to company A.This study using qualitative and quantitative research methods,from the original performance appraisal system problems,causes A company,on the BSC performance evaluation system of A company to introduce the background of investigation and analysis,and then to build BSC performance evaluation system of A company in the work of the work window carried on the thorough tracking and data analysis,summed up the window;In the process of using BSC performance appraisal system with company A,this researcher also carried out follow-up assessment and analysis.The skill of A large number of detailed quantitative and qualitative data analysis shows that A company expand BSC performance evaluation system to build several large purpose-solve systemic problems in performance appraisal system,especially solve the problem of middle managers performance evaluation,are being sold at A good solution.In particular,the financial revenue of company A has been greatly improved in the process of using BSC performance appraisal system.This proves the effectiveness and value of BSC performance appraisal system.In-depth tracking and first-hand data analysis,summarized the highlights;In the process of using BSC performance appraisal system with company A,this researcher also carried out follow-up assessment and analysis.Researchers in the last part,the thesis of this thinking and outlook on the above research,this article is to think the financial industry,company A and company A similar Internet companies use BSC performance evaluation concept need to be aware of matters,and large and medium-sized Internet financial enterprises build BSC performance evaluation system needs to have the condition.The value of academic research is to provide a perspective for theoretical research;The second is to provide practical operation for practice.This paper aims to provide a small theoretical and practical contribution to the use of BSC performance assessment concept for Internet financial industry enterprises.In this sense,this paper has achieved a certain purpose.
