Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Super Docking In Shiji Town,panyu District,guangzhou City

Shiqi Town,situated in Panyu District,Guangzhou,is a key town of modern agricultural production.Considering that agriculture plays an essential part in the local economic and social development,it is of extensive and critical significance whether a series of farming-supermarket docking measures based on the actual local conditions can be adopted as both temporary and permanent solutions to the economic and social development of Shiqi Town and implementation of a new urbanization strategy.Such research methods as literature review,survey research and comparative analysis were applied to this paper to compare and analyze the state of farming-supermarket docking in North America,EU and Japan.Meanwhile,the domestic farming-supermarket docking condition was sorted out.Based on the farming-supermarket docking development of Shiqi Town,the author of this paper summarized the favorable conditions of farmingsupermarket docking in Shiqi Town:(1)significant regional advantage;(2)convenient transportation condition with the well-established metro system,making it easier to attract the spending power from the central urban area;(3)complete public facilities and balanced industrial development;(4)rising demand for farm and sideline products due to population explosion;(5)favorable geographical location standing next to the comprehensive market,speeding up the circulation of agricultural products;(6)market expansion of farm and sideline products due to rapid development of the catering industry.In this paper,the achievements of Shiqi Town in respect to of farming-supermarket docking were summarized:(1)supportive and preferential agricultural policies were implemented to relieve the burden of farmers;(2)planting and breeding training courses were held to improve farmers' techniques;(3)it was encouraged to apply intensive farming to rural lands,aiming to develop modern agriculture;(4)high-standard farmlands were reclaimed;(5)the determination of management right was carried forward to accelerate the circulation of farmlands;(6)full-chain regulation was put into implementation for quality assurance of farm and sideline products;(7)underwriting of farm and sideline products were carried out in farmers' market;(8)promotion activities were held in supply and marketing cooperatives of Shiqi Town to publicize famous and quality special local products;(9)it was encouraged to establish professional cooperatives to drive farmers' development.The existing farming-supermarket docking problems were noted in this paper,mainly including:(1)lacking spirit of innovation and excessive dependence on the traditional circulation patterns;(2)farmers of relatively low cultural quality finding it difficult to master new agricultural technology;(3)slow income growth of farmers and failure in refinement of planting and breeding conditions due to capital shortage;(4)poorer quality of farm and sideline products caused by pollution of rivers;(5)absence of a uniform and standard farming-supermarket docking platform and poor connection between production and sales;(6)few professional cooperatives of farm and sideline products.The author of this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the development status of farming-supermarket docking in Shiqi Town,Panyu District,Guangzhou:(1)innovative attempts and efforts should be encouraged to expedite the "Internet+" development of farm and sideline products;(2)farmers should receive training of modern agricultural technology to improve their cultural quality;(3)measures should be adopted to facilitate the development of rural collective economy and increase the gross income of farmers;(4)water pollution abatement should be enhanced to create a favorable water eco-environment;(5)a uniform and standard farming-supermarket docking platform should be set up to achieve production and sales integration;(6)the establishment of professional cooperatives should be accelerated to realize large-scale production and sales of farm and sideline products.
