This study takes Yinchuan, Ningxia as an example, comparing the differences in prices of fresh vegetables in supermarket and the traditional markets. Problems existing in the docking mechanism are founded out by investigating and researching the farmers, agricultural cooperatives and marketing managers. Research shows that due to the influence of entrance fee and unstable supply at present Ningxia fresh-vegetable market, supermarkets is no longer competitive in price. The asymmetric flow on the funds increasing the financial pressure of agricultural cooperatives for the different paying form, which agricultural cooperatives should pay farmers immediately after trading while can’t get the pay from the market at the same time.in addition, the unmatchable shop facilities leading the cost of intermediate links up. Finally, based on the data analysis and conclusion of the study, combined with the actual situation in Ningxia, the paper comes up with many policy suggestions and ideas to increase the efficiency of fresh vegetable’s marketing, keep the fresh-vegetables’price stable, ensure the quality of products up to standard, optimize the financial settlement mechanism and pledge the facilities qualified etc.
