Research On Evaluation And Strategy Of Farming-Supermarket Docking Supply Chain Based On GA-PP

Along with the development of the large supermarket chain and the rise of farmers’ professional co-operatives, the farming-supermarket docking supply chain as a new agri-product supply chain mode rises in place. The farming-supermarket docking supply chain bring many favorable measures to supermarkets and farmers’ professional co-operatives, which is helpful for improving supply chain economic benefits. However, due to the uncertainty of the external environment and the complexity of its own system, the farming-supermarket docking has many risks. These risks affect the operational efficiency of the supply chain. So it has important significance to research the risk of the farming-supermarket docking for reducing the loss of the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of the farming-supermarket docking.The state energetically advocates the model of "supermarket adds to farmers’ professional co-operatives", so in this paper, the model is selected as research object. Firstly, this paper discusses the research background and significance and analyzes the domestic and foreign research condition and existing problems. Then the related theory of the management of the farming-supermarket docking risk is studied on this basis. Secondly, the supply chain risk factors of "supermarket adds to farmers’ professional co-operatives" are analyzed in depth, and the evaluation index system of the supply chain risk of the model of "supermarket adds to farmers" is constructed from three dimensions such as the periphery environment, the network structure and the node enterprise, and then23indexes are expatiated in detail. Again, the GA is applied to optimize the index function of projection pursuit, and the comprehensive evaluation model is established based on genetic algorithm-projection pursuit, and then a specific supply chain of the model of "supermarket adds to farmers’ professional co-operatives" is take as example to give a comprehensive evaluation to supply chain risk. Finally, existing problems of the supply chain risk of the model of "supermarket adds to farmers’ professional co-operatives" is summarized from the evaluation results, and then the risk prevention strategies and measures is proposed in accordance with these problems.
